They really think of everything.

When I saw this little 2 oz bottle of smokeless sage smudge in the Kripalu gift shop I couldn’t resist.  Who doesn’t sometimes want to “refocus energy in home, sacred, or work space” without the mess and fuss of burning a bunch of leaves?  “Experience the healing vibration of the sage beings! Ahh! Refreshing …” the bottle says.

For real though I just smudged my desk area and I really think it helped.
